Rick has been in the Software and Security industry for 30 years. Starting as a developer for a regional insurance company, moving to a company that provided mortgage brokers websites at the height of the refinancing boom, then moving into application security at Secureworks. He currently leads a team of 15 security professionals, and has a love of snowmobiling in the winter and boating in the summer.
